Billing Ethics

The invoice will reflect time for legal services, and when applicable, flat fees. We understand the needs of small businesses and, unlike the large firms, quick follow-up conversations, incidental photocopying, faxing, and standard mailing, are never included on our invoices.

The firm’s rates are comparable with most smaller law practices and vary depending on the complexity of the subject matter, degree of specialization required, standards within the legal community, and required time constraints.
