Pro Bono Hightlights

In 1996, Howard was a founding member of the Steering Committee of the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., Ryan White Project, and served through 2000. He has been a presenter at AIDS and the Law Seminar, 1998, Jacksonville, Florida.

In June of 1999, the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar appointed Howard as a Director of Florida Legal Services, Inc. Florida Legal Services is the leading statewide provider of legal services to the indigent. The Board of Governors of The Florida Bar has reappointed Howard as a Director of Florida Legal Services, Inc., where he currently serves on the Executive Committee.
